A 4-Class Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

Curious about Kundalini Yoga?
This four-class series offers a welcoming space to explore the foundations of this powerful practice. Yoga Kriyas, specific sequences of posture, pranayama, mudra and mantra, are used to activate life force energy in the nervous system and glandular system. Rising Kundalini energy expands through the chakras, the auric field and the arc line of intuition to help you build resilience and cultivate awareness, clarity and vitality.

Each class builds the foundation, gradually introducing key techniques of the practice. Beginners are welcome, and all classes are accessible to different bodies and levels of experience.

Day 1 - Foundations of Breath, Posture & Awareness.

Theme: Connecting to breath and the regulation of the nervous system

Day 2 - Awakening Life Force Energy

Theme: Activating vitality and circulation of pranic energy.

Day 3 - Balance & Emotional Resilience


Theme: Working with the nervous system for equanimity and emotional reset.

Day 4 - Integration & Inner Clarity


Theme: Integrating the practices and deepening meditation and relaxation.

Meet The Teacher

  • Lynn Connor

    LYNN CONNOR is a Hatha/vinyasa yoga teacher at the RYT-200 level, certified through Yoga Farm in Ithaca, NY, and a 200-hour Kundalini teacher certified through Kundalini Research Institute.  She also has a 100-hour training in Kundalini Rebirthing and other various trainings in Yin, trauma, lymph, and meditation.

    Her yoga journey of discovery began at the time of the loss of her partner.  By cultivating a daily yoga practice, she was able to find peace, connection, and support in the community.  It has been a journey of self discovery, healing, and connection. Along this journey, Lynn discovered the healing power of Kundalini practices. They have been so powerful personally, she is eager to share these practices with all.

    Lynn is warm, welcoming and excited to share these kriyas for transformation.

Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions to experience the full progression, but each class can also stand on its own.
