Lay on the roller and just breathe.  Roll slow and steady for deep relaxation or repetitively sweep for circulation and stimulation.  Rock your body over the roller or focus on one trigger point.

Listen to your body and learn what it needs.  It will tell you.  Do what feels good.  Then combine the Sangha method of foam rolling with breathing techniques, accessible yoga postures and relaxation.

  • Sangha Rollers are available in the Sangha Yoga Boutique.

Meet Your Teacher

ERIN BROGNA is excited to guide and share with her yoga community at Sangha NB..  

Erin is a lifelong yogi, teacher, dancer and choreographer.   She holds a BFA in Dance from Adelphi University, a MAT in Biology from Bridgewater State University, and has been teaching Anatomy & Physiology, AP Biology and Sports Medicine and Kinesiology at West Bridgewater HS for over 20 years.   

When outside of the classroom, Erin directs and choreographs musicals, and has performed with the Joyce Trisler Danscompany and Carousel Dance Group, which tours local senior care facilities and performs for their residents. 

Erin loves trail running, aerial silk yoga, cooking creatively, and celebrating everyday with her family on their little farm in Middleboro, MA.
